Request to add Event to the Calendar

Only complete fields you need.  No need to answer all questions.  Only submit events you have authorization to submit.  Do not upload .PDF Flyers.  They need to be .PNG, JPG, or GIF.  Once you have completed and submitted the form, the web coordinator will be notified.  It can take up to a week for the submission to be approved.
